Dr Stuart Farrimond is a medical doctor turned science communicator, writer, presenter and food scientist. He is the author of the international bestseller The Science of Living (2020) (sold as Live Your Best Life in North America), as well as The Science of Cooking (2017) and The Science of Spice (2018).
