This interactive class is designed to guide you through the steps to find your WHY—your personal purpose, cause, or belief. It takes a willingness to be open, to share personal stories, and to trust the process. And through it all, we’re there to help.

- Share tools and the process to discover your individual WHY
- Pair you with a partner so you can work 1-on-1 to write your WHY statement
- Conduct live coaching to help you improve your WHY statement

While we wish we could clone Simon, science just isn’t quite there yet. That is why we’ve trained our Optimist Instructors to teach our classes. However, our two on-demand courses are taught by Simon – check out Find Your WHY and The Art of Presenting!
We are always looking to add more class options to accommodate our global audience. We hope to have some great options for you soon. In the meantime, Simon’s books have been translated into multiple languages and can be ordered online.
We totally understand that schedules can change at the last minute. An unedited recording is available for 48 hours after class ends for all classes except for our WHY series.
When it’s time for class, you can log in here and click on your class under My Live Online Classes. You should receive reminder emails the day before class and again two hours before. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see those reminders in your inbox. We can’t wait to have you join us!
Great question! We’re currently working with a company called Thinkific to host the content in your Learning Dashboard. So, in addition to your general Simon Sinek account username & password, you’ll also need a Thinkific username & password to access your Learning Dashboard. We suggest you use the same password for both to avoid confusion.
We are actively working on streamlining this process and are excited to announce our updated system soon! But in the meantime, if you get stuck or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
We’re glad you asked! Our 60- and 90-minute classes offer: more detail, more connection with your fellow attendees, more activities, and more interaction with our instructors. The 25-minute classes are more lecture-style. They feature more information-per-minute, but the shorter timeframe also means fewer opportunities for active participation.
We know you’re busy and, if you can’t easily spare 60 minutes, we don’t want to deprive you of an opportunity to grow!
Yes! Buy any three of our 25-minute classes in one purchase and you’ll get the third class for half-price. This means that if you purchase a bundle of three 25-minute classes, it will cost $100 instead of the full $120. The $20 discount will be applied to your cart automatically during checkout. If you buy three 25-minute classes in separate transactions, you’ll pay the full price for all classes.
Yes, we have team options! We love that you are looking to take care of those around you. Your team can join a public class, and you’ll receive a team discount at checkout when you register 10+ team members.
