Care & Accountability: How to Create an Environment that Inspires People to do More

$85.00

With Aaron Dimmock of The Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute

Caring for people and accountability to each other are inextricably linked. By improving employee accountability to both fellow colleagues and the business, we demonstrate care for each other and increase productivity.
Though we often hear the phrase “we must hold people accountable,” this often means we haven’t created the right environment for people to take ownership.

Learn how to foster an environment that inspires employees to take ownership, to lean in, to achieve more and to love work.

In this live online class, you will:

  • Understand what it means to be accountable to ourselves and to each other
  • Discover how to become accountable to the business and to the customer
  • Create a working environment that encourages individual and collective accountability to maximize care and productivity
