Entrepreneur and Co-host of the Gratitude Blooming Podcast, Omar Brownson

Want to build a healthier team culture? Let’s put the social emotion of gratitude to work. This course is great for leaders looking for an intentional practice to support their teams, relationships and life.

Join us for this interactive class to discover how practicing gratitude can impact our work relationships.

Why practice gratitude?

The brain has a biological bias to see the negative. Fear sticks to habits. Fearless gratitude is an intentional practice to disrupt those habits.

Once you see a pattern, it’s hard to unsee it.

Pausing to notice good begins to rewire the brain. This intentional check-in helps you (and teams) find healthier ways to react to stress and uncertainty.

Plant a fresh perspective.

Noticing is a practice. Meditation begins with noticing each breath. Mindfulness begins with noticing change. Gratitude begins with noticing good.

Learn a new mindful tool.

At the heart of this practice is the Gratitude Blooming Card Deck. Inspired by nature and art, the 39 cards include prompts centered around mindful themes like Infinite Possibility, Trust, and Presence.

In this class you will:

  • Strengthen your social emotional learning
  • Learn how gratitude can help you to trigger your positive emotions, so you don’t become triggered by your negative ones
  • Draw from the digital Gratitude Blooming cards to learn an easy to use tool and mindful practice
  • Share learnings for how to incorporate these practices where you work
  • Cultivate fearless gratitude

A spark is something quite small and, by itself, not very powerful. But a spark has the ability to ignite. An idea is like a spark; alone it is just a set of words, but it too can ignite. A great idea can inspire others to dream bigger. Let us all work together to ignite something greater than ourselves.

Let us all be a Spark of Optimism.
