About This Workshop
Any team can excel in fair weather, but when times are tough, only teams built on a strong foundation of trust can accomplish what others find impossible. This course was built in collaboration with Simon and Navy SEAL Commander Rich Diviney to help leaders discover how they can take their teams to the next level.
Drawing from Simon’s The Infinite Game and Leaders Eat Last, as well as Rich Diviney’s The Attributes, this session provides actionable steps for establishing trust that will optimize your team’s performance.
In exploring the characteristics of a trusting team, your leaders will be challenged to look beyond talent and competence to examine the elements that truly distinguish remarkable teams (and human beings) from everyone else.
This experience allows participants to dive into the reasons that some teams, even those stacked with talent, don’t excel—and how to turn it around.
Key Takeaways
- Unpack how trust acts as a vital component for high performing teams
- Uncover the four core components necessary in building trust
- Understand why seeking “resilience” is not enough and what to do about it
- Explore how throwing away outdated Task Organization Charts is key to improving your team’s performance
- Investigate what separates high performing teams (and high performing humans) from everyone else
