We suppose Find Your WHY could be categorized as a self-help book, but Simon wrote it with the intention that if you were to help yourself and find your WHY, you would then be better equipped to help others in a way that aligns with who you are at your natural best.

After Simon wrote Start with WHY, the biggest criticism he got was that he made a solid case for the existence of the WHY, but didn’t share how to find it. So, a few years later, he put out Find Your WHY as a self-guided workbook to help individuals, teams, or small businesses get in touch with what makes them thrive and find their WHY.
